These are files that have been calculated and are suitable for printing on a 3D printer. The files contain a code, which indicates to the printer how and where to move, at what speed, and when to go up a floor and of course how much material to use and how many degrees of heat to be in order to melt the plastic material, etc.

אלו קבצים שעברו חישובים ומותאמים להדפסה במדפסת תלת מימד. הקבצים מכילים קוד, שמציין למדספת איך ולאן לזוז, באיזו מהירות, ומתי לעלות קומה וכמובן בכמה חומר להשתמש ובכמה מעלות חום להיות במטרה להמיס את החומר הפלסטי וכו’.

STL = Stereolithography is a form of 3D printing technology used for creating models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photochemical processes by which light causes chemical monomers and oligomers to cross-link together to form polymers. Those polymers then make up the body of a three-dimensional solid.

קבצי STL נבנים בעזרת תוכנות לייצירת תלת מימד. סטריאוליתוגרפיה היא צורה של טכנולוגיית הדפסת תלת מימד המשמשת ליצירת מודלים, אבות טיפוס, דפוסים וחלקי ייצור בצורה שכבה אחר שכבה תוך שימוש בתהליכים פוטוכימיים שבאמצעותם האור גורם למונומרים ואוליגומרים כימיים להצליב יחד כדי ליצור פולימרים. פולימרים אלה מהווים אז גוף של מוצק תלת מימדי.

קבצים אלו חייבים לעבור חישובים ולהמיר אותם לקובץ ג’י קוד (קובץ חישוב של נקודות ציון ותנועה של הרובוט – המדפסת התלת מימדית)



Some FREE STL/GCODE Files

Download the STL files to calculate yourself and change the print values and maybe shorten the print times, and maybe even, improve the print quality.

Alternatively, you can download the GCODE files and send them directly to the printer and print. And of course get a result as shown in the picture
* the picture is for illustration only! There may be calibration errors of the printer which are not related to the model, the model can be tested in dedicated software before sending it for printing.

you have to pay atention! Each print has different supports and can be separated by a small pinch.

How long does it take to print a part?

The printing time for a single unit depends on several factors, such as:
1. Product size
2. Print speed
3. Percentage density of filling empty spaces and more.

Can I change the color of the print?

The color of the product print depends on the color of the plastic material that is put into the printer.

Can I print flexible materials?

Each printer has its own capabilities. In most cases 4-6 different materials can be printed. And each material has different settings and conditions in order to get a good printing result. Names of some of the materials: PLA, ABS, TPU, PTEG and more.

Are the materials printed in the same values?

Definately not!

Each material has appropriate settings for it. A table of some of the materials and data for a good result can be found on this page.

לכל מדפסת היכולות שלה. ברוב המיקרים ניתן להדפיס 4-6 חומרים שונים. ולכל חומר ישנם הגדרות ותנאים שונים על מנת לקבל תוצאה טובה של הדפסה.
שמות כמה מהחומרים: PLA, ABS, TPU, PTEG ועוד.

לכל חומר ישנם הגדרות המתאימות עבורו.
